LaGAC does not sell or rent your personal information, including mobile phone numbers and SMS/MMS opt-in data, to third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information only with service providers that help us operate our programs and communications (who are bound to protect your information) or when required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or other legal process.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text-message originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You may opt out of SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying STOP, and you may opt out of email communications by using the unsubscribe link provided in our emails. 8. Children's Privacy
LaGAC does not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 13, and if such information is discovered, we will delete it promptly.
